Sehar Javed is a highly-motivated professional with experience working in diversified markets with stakeholders in the banking, manufacturing, public education and oil & gas sectors. Throughout her career, Sehar has worked in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous reprioritization of objectives and leadership of diverse cross-functional teams.

Working in the banking industry, she has developed skills in sales, monitoring customer retention and executing effective sales plans and knowledge for cross selling products in today’s aggressive markets.

Her expertise lies in the Human Resources field. She is an expert in recruitment and has knowledge of the HRIS system which consists of data entry of new hires, termination paperwork, processing payroll, bonuses, filing relevant paperwork, report writing and filing change orders. She is a professional in employee relations and organizational behavior and skills.

Sehar has coordinated closely with a full range of stakeholders in the Education field including teachers, parents, students and administrators on a broad array of assignments with an overall goal of assuring that each child achieved their highest academic and social potential. She excels in the successful execution of duties required the ability to communicate effectively with age and economically diverse constituencies, both in oral and written communications. Sehar has tutored students who had difficulty with class work. She has individually coached and facilitated small groups for special need students.

Sehar earned a Certificate of Achievement from Rice University in “Essentials of Human Resource Management.” She completed her undergraduate degree with honors from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois in Human Resources, Management & Psychology. She also has a certificate in Interior Design.
