Nazif has extensive experience in business development and consulting services in the area of information technology and business process re-engineering. Nazif has over thirteen years experience in ¬financial audits/reporting and business process control analysis, in a wide range of industries. Nazif has worked on providing and implementing performance improvement opportunities to realize efficiency and effectiveness around business cycles/supply chain as well as fi¬nancial reporting involving IT (technology) initiatives. He has worked on the security and business process controls of the ERP suite of applications, in a pre-implementation and post-implementation consultative role.

He has been engaged to consult on numerous ERP upgrades and security re-design projects. Additionally, Nazif has performed system audits evaluating internal controls over data and program security, system access, program change procedures, disaster recovery, business resumption planning for both client/server and mainframe platforms. Nazif's fi¬nancial audit experience included planning the audit engagements, preparation of ¬financial statements for SEC reporting and/or regulatory compliance, review of work papers, identifying and consulting on signi¬ficant accounting matters, etc. He has also performed fi¬nancial analysis for elective business decisions and managed business operations for efficiency.

Nazif also has extensive experience in providing ERP application subject matter expertise on specifi¬c matters relevant for Sarbanes Oxley Act including system confi¬guration controls, manual business process controls, application security controls, and data quality controls.
