  • Imran Khan has developed a wide variety of new products in a number of different markets, including data communications, video conferencing, machine vision, defense, data acquisition, voice processing, medical imaging, wireless, and internet backbone switches. They have varied in terms of being mission critical and highly regulated, to those aimed at the consumer applications with low cost and high volume.
  • Many of his designed products are being sold and supported around the globe. His span of involvement in product design ranges from designing chips, boards, embedded software, and middle-ware to user interfaces.
  • He has started multiple companies and been held various senior technical management positions.
  • He started SoftServ Intl. in 1995 to provide software product development services to client companies in the US. He also found another sister company by the name of SoftServ Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan.
  • Imran holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara, and a Bachelors in Avionics from College of Aeronautical Engineering in Karachi, Pakistan.
