Celina is President of Pak Petroleum Marketing, Inc., a wholesale fuel products marketing company with a wide portfolio of downstream fuel brands. She also leads Dash Merchant Services, LLC, which provides credit card processing services.

Celina has a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and has a Law degree and a graduate minor in Public Policy and Management from the Law School and the Wharton School, respectively, at the University of Pennsylvania. Celina was an attorney at Baker Botts L.L.P. in the firm's Houston office before she joined her family businesses with which she is involved presently..
