He is the founder, Chairman and CEO of FuzionOne, Inc., an information technology products and services company. Until most recently, he served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Fiserv Output Solutions, a leading provider of business to consumer communications to the financial services, healthcare, communications, investment services and retail markets.

Mubashar has over nineteen years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in information technology and business process re-engineering in high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, and engineering organizations. He has a strong background in enterprise-wide technology planning, E-Business transformation, process reengineering, applications development, IT infrastructure and architecture, and IT governance.

Prior to founding FuzionOne Mubashar spent ten years with General Electric where he held the position of Chief Information Officer of GE Security, Chief Software Technology Officer for GE Commercial Finance, Chief Information Officer of the Aero Energy division of GE Energy, and IT Manager - North American Engine Services Operations. He started his career in 1988 with an engineering/construction company and worked his way up to the position of Director of Information Systems and Business Development and was elected to the company Board of Directors. While at GE Energy, Mubashar was the executive sponsor that established the Houston Chapter of the Asian Pacific American Forum, one of the GE Forums that is focused on diversity and inclusiveness.

Mubashar holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. He is Six Sigma certified.
